1. Work with the Board of Directors and strategic partners to implement the fundraising plan.

 

2. Recruit volunteers to assist with outreach and administration.

 

3. Continue to evaluate operational procedures and implement improvements as identified.

 

4. Establish a nominating committee and elect new board members.

 

5. Conduct strategic planning for 2013-2015.
