Objectives 2010

1)    Establish nominating committee and elect new board members.

2)    Work with the board of Directors to develop a fundraising plan to meet the annual operating needs and the strategic goals and objectives of the Alliance.

3)    Recruit volunteers to assist with outreach and administration.

4)    Continue to evaluate operational procedures and implement improvements as identified.
